Ltd(OLC)的子公司设立的。OLC从IBM Japan Logistics购买了49%的BLT股份，另外OKI System Thailand 也通过从IBM 合作伙伴公司购买了24%的股份加入了OKI集团。总部设在曼谷，在距离80公里的大城拥有配送中心（Distribution Center: DC），面向同样在大城设有机构的OKI Data Manufacturing Thailand及清迈的OKI Precision Thailand 提供物流和包装服务。现在公司由38名员工及战略合作伙伴公司开展运营。
